Add ReviewWent with my girlfriend who was looking for a new car. They low-balled the trade in offer and tried to pressure her to make a decision even though she said out loud to them she wasn’t making a decision today. Could be nice people, but seem to take part in poor salesmanship and sketchy practices.Report
It’s always a pleasant experience with the ServiceReport
Department. Excellent Customer Service. Thanks Dawn.
Lousy customer service. My daughter goes to college in Philly and we were looking for a Honda Service place near her college. All she needed was help putting temporary license tags on her car….I’ll spare all the reasons why. I called in advance to see if an appointment was necessary, hoping they’d say oh just bring it in - since we’re talking about something that takes moments to accomplish. They insisted on an appointment. Okay -made an appointment. Daughter goes, they turned her away. Told her to tape it to her windshield. Well duh, certainly could have done that herself…what we wanted was for her not to have to do that crappy alternative. They couldn’t have cared less. Thoughtless, devoid of any natural customer service. Waste of her time. We had hoped to establish her future car service there. No way would we ever have her go there again. Big Fail.Report
I came in for an oil change and a recall. The staff was great, the work was done fast, my service advisor, Victor Hurtado was fantastic. Honda is a great car and the brand loyalty speaks for itself. Piazza takes it to another level.Report
I bought my vehicle here and the process of purchase not only was double the time we were told it would take despite having an appointment for final paperwork, I did not feel heard when they tried to pressure me into their various warranties, upcharges, and other money-grabbers for their sales and finance people.Report
Unfortunately, I had to return here if I wanted to take advantage of the complimentary oil change, so I made an appointment. They told me when I checked in it would take 2 hours because I was “one of 66 scheduled appointments today.” It took a total of four hours but no one came out to let me know why that is. So little respect for their customers’ time or intent - the people who make them money.
Alexey’s clarification after the fact the only reason for the extra star.
Convenience of the location was what brought me to Piazza Honda, but the professionalism, loyalty, and accommodation is what keeps me coming back. The service at this place is amazing! First, there’s never a time where I come for service that I’m not greeted respectfully from everyone ; valet, service provider, technician, and/or management. I am acknowledged with a smile following up with valid information on what services I need for my vehicle. I only can rate 5 stars, if I could give them more I will in the quickness. I look forward to an everlasting relationship with this place. Soon I will be purchasing a car for my son. And we can’t wait!!Report
My husband and I had a great experience leasing a new car at Piazza yesterday. Our salesman Andy Au was super helpful and made everything very straightforward. I was a little nervous going in because I haven't bought a car in 15 years and have had bad experiences in the last couple of years going into dealerships (high pressure, lying, etc., especially when I went in without my husband), but Andy made us feel at home and made the whole process go smoothly. No upselling, no b.s., no hidden costs--we just went in, test drove the car we wanted, got all our questions answered, got our trade-in appraised, and got the process started. The finance manager was also really nice and helpful, he offered us some add-ons but didn't pressure us at all to buy anything additional. I loved that. I don't like the high pressure sales tactics which so many dealerships seem to engage in. You won't find any of that at Piazza, the staff here really put other dealerships to shame. Andy and another salesman even helped troubleshoot and brought a different cable over when my phone was giving me trouble pairing with the Android Auto as we were leaving. Can't say enough good things about this place, we will absolutely be back in the future and will recommend this dealership to friends.Report
Horrible and rude people work there, a guy from Ukraine was very rude. And he works for customers services 🤣🤣🤣. I bought 3 cars from Honda, and he talked with me like a piece of.....Report

I cannot stress this enough--do not go to this location if you are an unmarried woman. They will try to take advantage of you and try to sell you other services that are not needed for your car. The experience started off with the service agent trying to sell me a rental car before my car was even brought into the shop. The service technician I had to deal with was condescending and often times the story changed throughout the process on what was actually wrong with my car. I ended up paying almost $500 for just a battery change....The major issue I brought my car in for was resolved by replacing the battery but during my service I was told that if this did not fix my steering that I would be subjected to additional fees for further diagnostics. When it became apparent that I was not going to be shelling out thousands of dollars for all the extra stuff they were trying to get me to add, the Service Tech's tone changed. Ended up having to make an appointment at Pep boys for the inspection. Thought I was doing the right thing by taking the car to the dealership for the steering issue but could have had this resolved at Pep Boys for MUCH MUCH less and treated way better. Will NOT ever bring another car here AGAIN!Report
