I had and have the best experience at Honda Piazza dealership every time!! for the last 5 years.. I've never had a problem with their service the manager on the service side name is Greg he is awesome !! I'm always satisfied when I leave for the service that I come for.. the representative her name is Dawn I was so upset the last time I came in about my car she calmed me down she talked to me calmly she let me know exactly what was going on with my car, I can honestly say I would have thought she was family my sister I lied to y'all not she was awesome as well.. she insured me that I will be satisfied and low and behold!! I was, I love her energy she is the best that I've seen so far besides the manager Greg he toward her well..he always makes sure that I'm good when I leave I don't play with my car and all of them know that up there, and I'm in there pretty much enough and they always make sure I'm good from the time I come in to the time I leave..I love you guys.. no one else has touched my car in The last 5 years and I promise you that nobody BUT Piazza Honda. Oh and let's not forget the service guys in the back they always give me the perfect guy and there's never a perfect person but I tell you it works for me!!!Report
The service department was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the how I was informed about the repairs needed and all of my options. I would definitely recommend this service department for all of your needs.Report
Service did what they said but tacked on some additional labor costs for things that weren't requested. Ex, charged me around $120 for a wheel alignment I did not authorize nor request - they did replace the tire rod so it's given an alignment would have to be performed, but it shouldn't be upcharged/unbundled. That's the kinda shit docs do to milk your insurance. Just be very specific with what you want/needReport
The service was terrible and have wait too long just for oil change.Report

I spent a lot of money to fix my check engine for one week.. and I still got my check engine light on..pay expensive for the labor than the parts.. looks like they fooling me.. I never go back and buy Honda product. This is my big lesson in my life.Report
If you’re looking for a place that knows their product look no further! Justin Barbieri is the man!Report
The only nice part of my experience here was the first service advisor that greeted me. She was friendly and pleasant.Report
I had an appointment for a state inspection and emission. In the past, the mechanics I took them to would finish them in about 30 minutes. I sat there for close to 2 hours before they informed me that the tires were too worn to pass inspection. Fair enough, but why did I have to wait so long to find that out? They tried to sell me tires on the spot, but by this point, I just wanted to get out of there. The advisor explained that I would need to come back again after getting new tires. He was a little too pushy for my taste about the tires, but he finally said he’ll have the key and paperwork ready. 20 minutes pass, I check again and he tells me he’s just printing it out now. I wait at the cashier for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the cashier tells me that she’s waiting on the paper work and key. All this as all the employees are leaving.
The advisor sees me again by the door and asks me if I got my key. I tell him no, and he speaks to the cashier who then digs through the papers and finds my key. I finally leave the place after 3 hours. I understand that it’s my responsibility to maintain and repair my car. I’m just upset that I wasted so much of my time because of their lack of communication and organization.
