I visited the Springfield location and in all honesty the customer service was not there. I felt like an afterthought. I went to Piazza in Philadelphia and soon as I walked in the warmth was felt. Allen is a superb car salesman. He took time with me to test drive and go over numbers. Although I didn't purchase a Honda I really appreciate Allen and the other salesman for their kindness and patience.Report
I have been coming to this dealership for many years and I was always looking forward to bringing my car here for service because of the warmth, professionalism, and great service of the staff.Report
It used to be the best dealership in the tri-state area, until they replaced a great service team who had been there for years and really cared about their customers and job. The quality of professionalism has declined and this point is proven by people like Briana, customer service representative, who has zero personality and is very rude because she talks to people like they are stupid or a child.

Today i came to Piazza Honda for my car’s oil change which one i made appointment for . It was second time i came there . They tried to charge me over 300$ include brake fuid flush and tire rotation that i did’t ask for .The staffs ‘re so rude . Bad customer services. Never come back .Report
This dealership is the worst I went in there with my 18-year-old daughter because I bought her a Honda accord and the battery went dead and I need the code for the radio and that lady accuse me of stealing the car and then they want to charge me $75 to give me a five digit code will take less than one minute to put in a 18 year old girl couldn’t get it couldn’t they couldn’t do that for him this place is worse and a funny thing five years ago I bought a Honda car from these people actually two Honda Accord‘sReport
I waited for my service at their location and they were able to complete my oil change within 1.5 hours. They are only getting 3 stars because I was charged $89 for an oil change. Like what is that?! I will not be going back again. They lost a customer.Report

Update fast toward to 2024:
My 2020 passports tire got slashed. Brought it in for service. When I got my vehicle back, they went ahead and put the spare tire back in the spot as well as the Jack the tools. Little gesture, means a lot to the car people.

Update2024- I accidentally updated my review for this dealership, and I received a call asking how they could improve my experience, along with a free oil change. It's nice to know that a business cares about its customers.
