I could not be more thrilled and satisfied with my experience with Laura and the resulting photos! They literally turned out perfect and exactly what I had hoped for. I researched and reached out to several maternity photographers at first and Laura called me within minutes of submitting my info request form on her website (it took another photographer several days to respond to me, and the third one never responded!). She spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining how everything worked and was really friendly. Adding in the fact that Laura's pricing is quite reasonable, it was a very easy choice to go with her! I purchased the Maternity & Newborn package (she discounts the Newborn photo session if you buy them together). We visited her studio to try on and select which dresses I wanted to wear for my Maternity session; I couldn't decide between three and we managed to work all of them into the photo shoot! I asked for a sunset beach session and Laura knew exactly which beach and day/time would work best in terms of tide and lighting. I was stressing out about being photographed ahead of time but once we arrived and got started I realized that I was in excellent hands and she made it really fun and easy. The photos came out beautifully and the specific edits I asked Laura to make in a few of them were done extremely well. For the Newborn photo session, we had a slightly unusual circumstance (our baby arrived a month early and spent a week in NICU, so we had to wait a bit longer than usual to take the pictures). I literally could not believe how much of a pro Laura is at handling a newborn and taking the most adorable photos, she kept our baby comfy and snoozing for several hours and incorporated all of our wants and preferences in terms of the props, backgrounds, and baby accessories. Again, just like with the Maternity photos, the Newborn ones came out looking so magical and precious. They have so much personality even though our daughter was just an itty bitty thing at the time! For both sets of photos, we had no choice but to purchase extra images on top of the 10-12 that are included automatically in the package, it was just impossible to narrow it down any further than that. Several friends have asked us where we had such beautiful pictures done, and I've recommended Laura to all of them. I can't wait until the next occasion we have to go back to her! Perhaps a family photo session in the future, or our next baby :)

I recently did my first maternity and newborn shoot (although 4th baby) and Laura hands down is the best. Very professional and very patient with kiddos lol. Thank you Laura. Pictures came out amazing to say the least. I totally recommend her for your photo shoot. You will not be disappointed. I'm in love with how they came out. Book your appointment don't wait.

Totally worth the money! Your baby is only this small once. I loved my experience. At the studio there are so many options to make your photos personal. Laura makes you feel at ease and is a true artist. Very responsive and lets you know exactly how the process work step by step. I will cherish all the photos forever.

My wife and I met Laura Rose 11 years ago, she took our engagement pictures, she's fun sweet reasonable, patient and makes you feel comfortable, and she hasn't changed, 3 years ago she took our first borns pictures and this year she took pictures of our second baby. She makes the whole process enjoyable, and of course we keep choosing her because the pictures come out amazing and high quality

I went to Photography By L Rose for a maternity shoot. I was hesitant to do one at first, but I'm so glad I chose Laura to do the shoot with! She was such a pleasure to work with! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful and was such a memorable experience working with her! I was worried about feeling awkward posing for the shoot, but she gave great directions for posing and made everything so fun!

I also love that she is basically a one stop shop, which was important to me because I have a toddler running around so it saved me alot of time and stress. She includes the use of her beautiful assortment of maternity gowns so I didn't have to take the time to look for one or spend money on a dress I would only use once. Laura also offered hair and makeup recommendations and provided great details about what to expect for the shoot. She also took the time to ask what you envision your shoot to look like and she will go above and beyond to make it a reality. She is also great at communicating. Laura was always checking in with me and answering my questions promptly, which I discovered was an issue with alot of other photographers. Her turnaround time is a little longer than others because she does everything herself, but she was very straight about that from the beginning which I appreciate so I didn't mind waiting for my final images. The final images were gorgeous and definitely worth the wait! You should definitely book Laura if you can because she's simply amazing!!

Laura was absolutely amazing to work with! She was super sweet, accommodating to our wants/needs especially during Covid, and her photos came out beautifully. She responds quickly to messages and her turn around time for edits was much faster than what she estimated originally. On the day our newborn photos were scheduled, our daughter was incredibly fussy and had been crying for 6 hours straight by the time Laura arrived, so I thought the whole thing would be ruined. Nope! Laura was a miracle worker with our baby and managed to get truly beautiful photos. We 1000% will use her again for our next child or special milestone

Laura is so sweet and amazing to work with! Responds back to you so quickly and communicates well. Does such a great job at working with you and your schedule. Had such an amazing experience getting my maternity and newborn photos done by her! So grateful to have had her capture these moments for my family and I. Laura's work is amazing! She shot maternity and newborn photos for me, and I couldn't have asked for better photos. Her maternity location wow'd my husband and me, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. She also took newborn photos at my house, and I felt very comfortable with her covid precautions and gentle manner in which she posed baby. Would highly recommend her! Patient, efficient, kind. :)

Laura was absolutely amazing! She was extremely mindful and professional. She continuously washed her hands and followed proper Covid protocol. She was very friendly and accommodating with all the requests I had for my newborn photo shoot. The pictures came out perfect and we're given to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her for any future milestone photos.
