Locked myself out of the house, and they showed up in about 20 minutes after we called. Got me in the house, gave me the key he made to do it so I had another spare, and he insisted on removing and putting my screen door handle on right side up for no extra charge (it was upside down and had been buggin me since moving in). He then proceeded to give me a military discount after having seen my VA ID when I was showing him the proof that it's my house.

Very professional, incredibly helpful, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of his services!

I recently moved in to an older house that has unique doorknobs and locks. We contacted 4 locksmiths about getting the locks re-keyed. The first locksmith came out, took one look at the locks, and announced that he couldn't re-key them. I called two more locksmiths who initially said that they could re-key the locks but, upon seeing the locks in photos I sent, changed their minds and said that no, they couldn't re-key those.

Finally I called Phil's Mobile Locksmith. Rich came out to the house and successfully changed the locks! It took him over an hour to re-key two locks, which I think would take about 15 minutes with modern locks. Rich told me he hadn't changed locks with this type of internal mechanism since the 90s. I was really happy with the result. Excellent customer service!

I would recommend this company to anyone I know in need of their services. They re-keyed my locks on my new house and repaired one of my locks for no charge.
