This business should have a higher rating in my opinion. Emily is a wonderful collision team member, and will bring my vehicle here, based on her customer service. My truck looks amazing thank you EmilyReport

I recently had repairs done at this facility and the customer service by Emily was absolutely terrible. She was very rude and unprofessional. I eventually switched my claim to Tina (the manager). Now I'm having issues with the sensors which they are telling are fine but they are not. Waiting on them to contact me. Hopefully they fix this issue without anymore issues. I also noticed that it was not 1 (ONE) person of color working there (that I saw). Seems like that's an issue all in itself. I've used Philpott before for repairs and purchases but customer service this last time was way below what I remembered. If you are thinking of using them, I would recommend you find another shop. If you do, ask for your old parts back. You can sell them yourself.Report
