We also don't charge the customer's credit card for the deposit until the date of pick up and we know that the vehicle has been safely loaded on the carrier. If you are military, fire, police or any government service professional, we will gladly extend for all eligible, a discount up to 30%!! And since we get 30-40% of our business from referrals we offer a $25 Visa gift card to the referrer and to the new client.  Gift cards will be sent out via FedEx once vehicle has safely arrived at destination and deposit funds have been confirmed. We also encourage dealerships to give us a call because we are a one stop shop for any kind of property transportation. We provide a price match guarantee and if you for any reason find a price lower than ours we will match that price 100% and discount you an additional 5% just for your troubles. All you do is send the quote of the lower priced broker to us, via email or fax, we will take a look at it and have one of our Innovative customer service reps adjust the price for you. We require the information of a valid credit or debit card to move ahead with the process and put you on the Dispatch Board.  Unlike our competitors we do not charge your card for any reason until the vehicle has been securely loaded on a carrier.  We like to treat our clients like family letting them know they pay nothing until we do something!! Pettit Family Auto Transport offers a 10 Day Expedited Service. We will provide a transport service which will pick-up and deliver your vehicle within 10 days. If the order is placed after 5:00pm EST the first of the 10 days will start the next business day. This service will cost approximately $350 to $600 extra depending on your vehicle type. If your vehicle is not delivered in 10 days we will refund $50 per day up to $300, to cover the cost of a car rental, if needed. Although we will do our best to meet the 10-day delivery schedule, delays can happen. Ask for an Innovative customer service rep for more information to see if this service is right for you.
