Petrelli Previtera, LLC

I'm just basing this review on my dealings with the staff leading up to my consultation and the consultation with the attorney, itself. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to hire them at this time, but Dana was so nice and helpful leading up to the consultation. I was able to get the consultation for my legal issue insanely quickly. I got some sound advice for my specific situation. The attorney I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and made me very comfortable speaking about my issues. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never felt better represented. I hired Petrelli Law to help with my custody case and now I wish I had known about them for my divorce! YOu immediately feel the team aspect of the company, you always have someone you can reach out to for questions, and my lawyer (Susan Wycoff) is very knowledgeable! I hired this law firm on 12/012020 based on the advice I was given at the consultation by my lawyer Sara. I was told my case would take 2 or 3 days to be heard by the court because it was an OTSC. Once I paid the $3,000 retainer, I did not get a court date until 5 WEEKS LATER! During those 5 WEEKS, I, the client had to call to inquire about why it was taking so long and be charged for the call. I, the client had to send emails to get answers and be charged for the emails. I the client had to set up phone conference with my lawyer and be charged just to be told that they would email the court today. I have called and spoke with many people at this law firm and no one could transfer me to a manager or one of the partners. I'm still waiting for a call from Melinda Previtera, as I was told by my attorney, Sara, on 1/20/2021. In less than 5 months I have been charged $9,500 by this law firm and just received another request for an additional $2,000. I'm a client that's not satisfied with their work and no one has reached out to see what the issue is.

Alicia Reiff was my attorney for my divorce. She did an excellent job representing me. She was responsive, professional, and proactive. I tried getting a divorce the cheap way twice before, but it was unsuccessful both times. I saved my money to get better representation, and I got what I paid for in Alicia. I was very pleased with my lawyer, Kate Lyons, at Petrelli Previtera, LLC. It was reassuring to know that as Kate discussed issues, she presented a range of possible actions for me to consider. With years of experience, she could offer advice that would reflect how the courts may respond. Together we went from where I was to a great and fair outcome that met all of our needs. She offered good advice and suggestions throughout. She was responsive and accessible and I received answers to my questions in a timely fashion. She was professional, as I can say after working with her for over a year. Although I anticipated requiring more steps, I got a very fair arrangement that was surprisingly easy.
