I had a situation occur that required the need of a personal injury attorney. I knew it was going to be a difficult case and had zero resources to pay an attorney a retainer and then hourly fees. I did a Google search and researched several local law firms before selecting Peterson and Associates. They came to the hospital where my family member was, collected the information they needed and let me know to expect more communication from them. When my family member passed away they even sent flowers.

I knew my case was going to be a marathon and just wanted vindication for my family. There were several hiccups in my experience with Peterson and Associates but I'm thankful my case landed in the hands of Kevin Young. I would literally call him a miracle worker! He was able to get my case to the point that it was ready for trial in less time than the other two attorneys I had been assigned too before him could. My mother passed away under the care of a local health care provider. For almost three years we have been fighting to get my husband who is a retired disabled vet SSI. The entire time we only talked to the lawyer over the phone twice and twice in person in front of the judge. He has multiple doctors who state he can't work and that includes the ssi ones. They literally gave up and basically told him they can't help us anymore. I have heard other issues from vets that have gone they them and wished we knew this before hand.
