I worked with Tim in sales from Nissan. Tim matched me to a car that fit me 100%. I'm coming from an Audi but was directed to what I was looking for super easily. Tim knew exactly what I wanted. Not for nothing that wasn't easy either, my wife thinks I could be high maintenance. I say I just know what I want. But he had a real task ahead of him with me but he stayed composed throughout and now I'm in a car I love. Then he called me a few weeks after we closed the sale just to make extra sure we were happy. Great guy.

Great customer service and the service center. My rep kept me up-to-date on the progress of my service and when it was completed. Nice side they wash the car after they're done. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Had an ABS warning light on my 2016 Frontier and called Sunday afternoon for a service appointment. Scheduled an appointment for 1 PM Monday. Dropped the truck off at 12:45 PM, and the technician drove it into the shop at 12:55 PM. Got a text at 1:10 PM. explaining the issue and cost for the repair. They said the wheel bearing would be replaced and ready by 4 PM. Picked up the freshly washed truck at 4 PM for the estimated cost. Everyone I interfaced with was pleasant and helpful as always.

I took my 2014 Nissan Rogue with many issues. All of the major issues got fixed in one day! I was also provided with a loaner until my car was fixed. You guys are the best!!! Starting with Tara and her attentiveness and compassion for my issue! Thank you so much!!! I am satisfied with everything done to my car.
