The entire experience was professional and courteous. Tom the sales guy was very polite. Ronnie, Joshua and Logan all did an exceptional job installing the new HVAC system and thermostat. Would have left 6 stars but google wouldn't let me.

We had mini-splits put in a 100+ year old farm house. Josh and Ronnie were two of the most professional people we have seen. When someone said a job looks like it was done by professionals, well they are the epitome of that saying.
We would be remiss if not also praising Danielle and Tom. From start to finish this was an excellent experience.

We are so very pleased with Ron, Joshua and Eddie. They were the Best. We were in need of a new unit as we learned from John (exceptional technician) called Faye and everything happened.

Eddie did his bit and was done on day one , Josh and Ronnie worked on the other job and were wonderful. We are so pleased with everything about their work ethic and professional. They are to be commended. Thank you to a job well done.

I have used Peninsula Heating and Air for over 25 years. I can't say enough good things about this company. After all the years they still have the best customer service. They came out for an unexpected repair late in the evening and did a great job. Chris Smith also came out to install the thermostat. He is the best!! If you have Heating & Air issues this is the company to call.

Technician was on time and ended up giving me advice that ended up saving me money even though they did not not replacing anything and more importantly- it worked! I will definitely give them a call again.
