Quick easy experience for my recall. Couldn't ask for more pleasant employees. They even vacuumed my car out!

My wife and I bought a 2025 K4 GT Line this past weekend and I couldn’t be happier. I’d spent the past couple of weeks looking into what I was considering getting. Historically, I had not been very impressed with Kia vehicles, but the last few years had slowly been changing my mind. After seeing the K4 online and reading reviews for them, I knew I had to put it on my list.
After arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by and assisted by Manny Rodriguez. Great guy, very knowledgeable and genuinely excited to show the vehicle we wanted to look at - showed off and explained the features incredibly well during our test drive.
Now I tend to a lot more laid back when buying vehicles, whereas my wife tends to be hardcore lol. While she was very demanding, which I was grateful for, Manny did everything he could to meet her expectations — and surprisingly, he pulled it off. We got the car we wanted at a fantastic price which Edmunds.com had rated a ‘good’ deal and recommended taking it even before negotiating (compared with other local Kia dealerships that are rated as the low end of ‘fair’ pricing) - afterward the price we got was the highest tier of ‘great’ that Edmunds gives.
Sorry for the wall of text, but I was (and am) extremely pleased with my experience. In the days since, Manny has been in touch daily to ensure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions or need of further assistance with all of the new features this car provides that my previous - and now backup - vehicle, a 2014 Fusion, does not.
Extremely pleased with Hyman Bros Kia, and Manny in particular. Highly recommend.
