AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!! Synopsis:Report
1. Made me incredibly sick from so many prescriptions over a 10 month period.
2. Refused to return phone call messages, voicemail messages, or emails for 9 weeks.
3. There are about 2 nurses there that are incredibly rude, which negates the nice-ness of the rest.
4. Never addressed my injuries with suggesting or referring me to chiropractic, massage, or therapy. Now that I am with Utah Pain and Rehab, I have amazing improvements due to their in-house chiro and spine injection capabilities.
5. Brian showed himself to be incredibly unprofessional and inept.
6. I paid hundreds of dollars for crazy unprofessional service and complete disregard for what the role is of a competent business.
I had made a simple request for Brian at Peak to write a letter for me to give to the Veterans Administration outlining the care I received over the past year and Brian refused to do it. Amazingly, instead of telling me this the first time I called, he instead ignored by for over 2 months.
