This place is horrible. I have been trying for 2 months to get my account corrected. Nothing has happened. First off I was given 2 different prices for my procedure then my payment plan was set up incorrectly. I even went to the manager Roxanne and it still wasn't right. They charge you for everything. The staff is not well trained and no one knows what they are doing when it comes to administration work. You can call the big office in Houston and still will not get any help. Do not give them you bank or credit card number because they will charge you whatever they want whenever you want. They want even give you paperwork. Its sad that Dr. Frenzel is connected to this place because he is an awesome surgeon but this surgery center needs a new staff.

I have now been here multiple times and they have never managed to meet appointment times (last visit was an hour before they realized they didnt even have the appovals needed to do the procedure, this visit 1.5 hours from appointment time and they haven't started) Waiting room has a lot of socially distancing signs, but furniture is not distanced. If you're waiting for a loved one, bring a novel and plan to wait in the car.

Beautiful, clean facility with incredible, kind hearted staff. I would highly recommend my friends and family to have all of their surgeries here!
