Peak Dental of Tacoma

Dr LaVonne Sawyer is a butcher and her dental work on me resulted in an terrible infection and a serious case of lockjaw. After this unfortunate incident, I did some research on Dr. Sawyer and discovered her criminal past in Lodi and Stockton CA. She has numerous arrests for meth, operating a drug house, providing drugs and alcohol to minors and hiding meth in her patients files at her dental office. The meth at her office was discovered during a search warrant by narcotic investigators. She left CA in disgrace and landed in Tacoma at Peak Dental. I bring up her past to show that her impaired judgement led to her losing her practice in CA, but she was still able to pop up in the South Sound and practice her form of dentistry. Who the heck want's to entrust their own or their family's dental work to someone with this type of criminal past and lack of integrity? NOBODY!!!!!!! After consulting with an attorney, I filed a complaint with the State of Washington, Dept. of Health, Office of Quality Assurance and notified several professional dental groups around western WA. as to Dr. Sawyer's inept dental practices. AVOID this hell-hole and seek your dental work anywhere but at Peak Dental.
