Prompt response to email appointment request, arrived in good time and quickly diagnosed issue, taking PC with him to backup and repair with new apps, returning it the next day. Very professional, courteous, informative, quick responses to texts, and very good value - I was very pleased!

I had an old, broken down computer that contained important project files that I could not access because the screen blacked out. I had no idea how to get at them, so I contacted Austin to see if he could get in there and retrieve those files. He was able to access them and put them on a thumb drive for me. He saved me hours of work had I needed to redo those projects. If you have a computer issue, Austin is the man to see. My highest recommendation!

Austin did exactly what he said he would do in the timeframe he promised. His rate was 1/3 of what Best Buy was going to charge me. He did an excellent job, picked up and delivered and got me the best price possible. I will definitely be using Austin again should the need arise.

Austin came out and look at my Mac and thought it was a bad hard drive. He took it and made sure the drive was bad. He replaced the bad drive and got the computer up and running again. He did a great job.
