PC Lan Services

We have worked with PC LAN for years and have found them to be extremely professional, responsive and an all around great service. We have multiple locations and the crew at PC LAN seems to be able to offer a quick solution to whatever problem we bring them!! Jeff has been the primary person working on my location's account and he is AWESOME!!!!!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to make sure their business is safe and secure from internet threats.

I work with Jeff Martin at PC Lan Services. His is simply the best. I am mostly computer/tech illiterate and I'm sure I call with pretty lame questions, yet Jeff is always polite, patient and professional. He is also very responsive which is really important for me. Like everyone else, when I have a computer issue I need a solution right then, not hours or days later. Jeff responds in minutes. Finally, Jeff has never failed to answer my question or solve my problem. I've worked with lots of IT professionals over my 40 year career and, like I said when I started this review, Jeff is the best.

PCLAN made the transition from our current IT provider seamless with no interruption or overlap of service. Their monthly support pricing is very reasonable and technology is competitively priced. Jeff is great to work with. Thank you for making my job easier.

Our team at PC LAN is extremely responsive. If you send an email to the help desk support team, you will get a call or emailed response almost immediately. I feel super confident that these guys know what they are doing! I trust their work and appreciate their business savvy. I highly recommend partnering with PC LAN!
