First time there leaving my 2 Yorkies. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I asked. My babies looked happy and so adorable!!!!. Definitely going back there again.

October 5 at 4:30 PM I called to ask about boarding my dog there. In the middle of a sentence the female representative hung up on me in the middle of describing what I was looking for. Extremely unprofessional.

EDIT- And their response to my review is not that they are sorry, or that it's rare for this to happen, but they are simply claiming that it didn't happen. I am incredibly lucky I did not leave my dog with this company. God knows what they would lie about going forward

Dear Liam, first of all our phone calls are recorded and nobody hang up on you as I just heard the call. You wanted to board your dog overnight at the last minute only to be picked up in the morning which is against our company policy. All dogs to board with us must be evaluated. The evaluation is done in the morning hours only. We have over 250 five star reviews that praises on our professionalism. I'm sorry our policy didn't fit your needs. Good luck!

I love love Pawllywood! Our boy Kona and I are treated with so much kindness & care. I work from home & have an 80 pound 18 month old Weimaraner. He needs plenty of exercise & the team at Pawllywood makes me feel so confident and comfortable to leave him that I bring him everyday. I wouldn't be able to survive w/out them.
They treat the both of us like family & the facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly, polite & knows me & my dog by name. We are always welcomed by smiling faces & they know Kona's behavior & have so much patience because for a small pony he is a mush! I love everything about this place from the owners to Brittany and the entire staff. Thank you Pawllywood for all that you do, from screening all the dogs to keeping them safe & clean. I will never go to another dog park again when Kona is at the safest place playing while being monitored at the same time. Kona is so safe in your trusting hands & he comes home happy! That is the best!

What a great experience. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are very affordable, but most importantly, they really love and care about your furry family member. Will definitely be returning.

Clean and well supervised our dog comes home exhausted and is so exited to go in the am every one is so nice and the dogs have a great time which is all that matters

Our family cannot speak highly enough of Pawllywood! Our Siberian Husky puppy Luna was very shy around people and needed to socialize with other dogs. She has made so many friends and has found another home with the wonderful care of the attentive and loving staff! Luna is active & comfortable, and well taken care of both at boarding and doggie daycare! Highly recommended!!

Maria, we absolutely adore Luna and her sneaky fun play ways. She is such a sweet pup and has evolve a lot ever since her first visit when she was very shy. Thank you so much for this incredible opportunity as we don't take for granted. We are looking forward seeing Luna soon.

Best place ever! Our dog (husky) absolutely loves it, and they love him. They take great care of all the dogs there and it's super clean!
