I bought a new 2024 Subaru Forester yesterday and had a very pleasant and smooth purchasing experience. Ertis Pratt was the sales person who assisted me. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I liked that Ertis took his job seriously but with a smile. It took some time to get all the paperwork completed but Ertis kept me in the loop as to what was going on. What a difference a Dealership can make. I went to the dealership I bought our last Subaru at which has been servicing our 2012 Impreza, to purchase a 2024 Impreza. Unfortunately the trade-in value was not acceptable to me and they didn't seem to care enough to lose me as a customer after 12 years. Our Sales associate at Paul Miller was the very dapper Ingram Lewis. He was extremely professional, polite, understanding and knowledgeable. They did not have the car in stock the way I wanted it, but they were able to have it built my way and it arrived from the port in Boston, MA, in about a week. I have dealt with Paul Miller Audi and Paul Miller BMW and this professionalism appears to be part of their culture. Kudos to Paul Miller for their dealership accomplishments.
