The service department is awesome, ask for Erin but I’ve observed but not professionalism. They have good waiting areas, snacks/drinks WiFi and a variety of spaces. I find the technicians awesome.

I’ve never bought a car from them but I have observed one customer who looked distressed on his face and told the sales lady “I know you’re just doing your job but…”. He went outside. I think he was being pressured and I wouldn’t accept this personally and in my uneducated opinion this is no way to sell a car. At the same time I’ve heard Alex Kim in sales is “the very best”. Overall I think it’s a great dealership
