They made the whole process and experience the best ever. This why we came back to purchase a new 2025 Forester. The entire team also from service to parts are also the best. I would return to this retailer for my future auto needs.

This may be the best Subaru dealer in NJ. After going to two other dealerships much closer to home we decided to come here even though it’s almost an hour away. They have a large inventory and our salesman, Ingram, was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He really took the anxiety out of buying a car which is no easy task.

I’ve had so many terrible experiences at car dealerships where it would be an all day affair with bait and switch tactics and guilt trips.

This was surprisingly a pretty good experience. Alex Kim was great, he was patient with us and our questions and tried to get us exactly what we were looking for without being pushy at all. Went in, test drove a few cars, and got a deal done in about an hour and a half. Very chill dude who I would definitely recommend for purchasing a car. Going to a dealership is usually such a stressful thing but this experience definitely makes me believe that decent car dealerships exist again.

Ingram at Paul Miller Subaru was great. We went looking for a car for my daughter and he was beyond helpful. Ingram was accomadating and patience. The car is perfect and she loves it.

I unfortunately had an absolute terrible experience with your parts department or Subaru OEM Brands that they go buy, not sure who the real parts department is online. A simple explanation and apology would have gone a long way but I was continually told I was wrong and there was no professionalism or customer service in dealings with Matthew. I will never do business with this dealership again, BUYERS BEWARE!!!
