I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Paul Miller in Parsippany. Needless to say, I was totally pleased with the way they handled the sale. Kostas Michalios, the sales person was very attentive, thorough and answered all my questions. The time he spent with me was never rushed and he called me at my home several times to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Paul Miller Subaru in Parsippany and give a special thanks to Kostas for taking the time and showing me all the features and options on the Subaru Forester.

Harold is a fabulous salesman . He is very honest and gave us the best price so we didn’t have to shop around . We knew what we wanted when we came in and had an idea of what a fair price would be. The service department is awesome, ask for Erin but I’ve observed but not professionalism. They have good waiting areas, snacks/drinks WiFi and a variety of spaces. I find the technicians awesome.

I’ve never bought a car from them but I have observed one customer who looked distressed on his face and told the sales lady “I know you’re just doing your job but…”. He went outside. I think he was being pressured and I wouldn’t accept this personally and in my uneducated opinion this is no way to sell a car. At the same time I’ve heard Alex Kim in sales is “the very best”. Overall I think it’s a great dealership
