Great showroom, amazing selection, and staff were professional and able to answer all of our questions. Found a great sectional and a large umbrella. Delivery and customer service were also top notch, we will be back.
Loved the entire sales and delivery experience. Also LOVED the actual product, which is an outdoor table for 8, with tempered glass. Service is VERY friendly, items were in stock, and was happy to receive within 2-3 weeks (faster than most companies today in 2021 with all the issues of production around the world).
The delivery included putting the table together in our backyard! Totally recommended
Customer service at Patio Productions is top notch. I took over a year to make my purchase and every single associate I came into contact with during that time was helpful and professional. The Sunbrella samples were mailed out promptly and every concern was addressed. I want to give an extra shout out to Penny who went above and beyond to field endless questions and ease my out of state nerves as I was anxious to make such a large purchase sight unseen. She even sent me photos from the showroom floor. Kudos to the customer service representatives at Patio Productions for a job very well done! I can not wait for July to see the furniture and I will post an update then.
