After a long search for a vehicle I went to Passport Toyota just looking so I thought, met Kirk I was looking at a used vehicle, Kirk was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle and all the warranties. I then asked about a different vehicle, he was very patient with me explain the differences in the vehicle. If ever in the market for another vehicle I'm looking for Kirk.
Mr. Mike Davis was amazing from my first encounter and beyond. He listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He found the perfect vehicle for me. I spoke with him about how I didn't like being at a dealership for hours just sitting. He made sure my paperwork was ready for me to sign his portion when I got there. His customer service is definitely exceptional and I be back to purchase my next car from him. He was very honest about everything. A man of his word. Thanks and I'll see you next time around.

This is based solely on my experience with the Parts Department, but it was poor enough to warrant attention. I ordered a radiator for my Toyota from Passport's website. It arrived quickly, but was poorly packaged and unusably damaged. Within an hour of receiving the damaged item, I utilized Passport's Order Page to initiate a return-I received an automated email that someone from the Parts Dept would contact me to set up the return. When a day or so passed and no one contacted me, I called the Parts Dept myself and spoke with the Parts Manager, Tim C. He assured me they would replace the broken radiator, that he would email me a return label momentarily, and that if I shipped the broken part that same day (Thursday) they would ship my new radiator on Monday. Tim never sent me a return label, so I called him back the next day. Tim stated that the new radiator would be arriving Monday, and that he would email me a return label at that time…I've never heard from him since. When I call the Parts Dept, I am told that Tim is the only person at Passport who can handle my order. They take my information, inform him to call me back…and he doesn't. I've spent over a week trying to get my part exchanged so I can get my vehicle back on the road, and I literally cannot reach someone who will help me. I feel very much blown off by this dealership, and have spent more of my time trying to remedy this issue than the part was worth. It's gotten to the point that I've had to file a dispute against the credit card charge-no business should provide such poor communication as to necessitate this. If you need a part for your Toyota, I recommend looking elsewhere, even if it means paying a little extra to not have to deal with the headache.
**UPDATE** Within a couple hours of posting this review/filing a credit card dispute, I received my first callback from Passport Toyota. They shipped me a new radiator that same day, as well as a return label for the broken one. I've raised the review accordingly to 3 stars but, as I'm sure most people would agree, it would have been highly preferable to have received this level of customer service *without* having to leave negative feedback and file a dispute.
