Add ReviewLoved working with Terrell Barnes at the Marlow Heights Nissan. He was friendly, no-pressure and helpful. Answered all our questions and got us squared away with just what we wanted. I dread car shopping since I hate the “sales pitch” feel, but this was a pleasant experience.Report
Stanley was incredibly friendly and personable, making my entire experience enjoyable. I shared my must-haves with him, and he worked hard to find me the perfect car at the price I wanted. He genuinely seems to enjoy helping people and ensuring they leave happy. Even though I was a bit of a challenge, he was patient and accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend Nissan at Marlow Heights—they truly take care of their customers and prioritize satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my 2025 Nissan Kicks! Go see Stan the Man, you won’t regret it!Report

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue and have never allowed anyone else to touch my vehicle but Passport Nissan. It has 150,000 miles and still going because of the services, maintenance and repairs provided by Nissan. My last visit was a challenge, my window hub was damaged by Safelite after the driver side window was replaced, that affected the passenger window from going up and down . Nissan kept my vehicle few extra day to do a deeper inspection and order the part but fixed the windows. They provded a loaner and applied a slight discount. I could go somewhere else but I truly trust Nissan with my vehicle. Especially Dennis who is retired now. I have a new guy now Alex. Thank you for providing excellence service.Report
Dyrell was AMAZING 10000/10. He was fast and very helpful with my situation! Will recommend him to anybody!Report
I guess this side of town is just straight ghetto. They have no real concern about the purchase you come into there store for. They prejudge what you can afford. Look not only they wanted to go with me on your test drive but also take away The enjoyment of getting that personal feel for The car. The first sales guy wanted to tell me which way to go doing the test drive so much that I had to stop and go back into the parking lot and park the car and find someone else which isSomething I’m not used to because he wanted to just argue about it instead of being quiet. The second sales rep was pretty nice well spoken and respectful however, explanations for what I needed to know wasn't being said So I really didn’t wanna hear it, but I was being polite so I listen nicelly. I did my due diligence and researching. So I gave him a bit of information that I already knew so that We can have an engaging conversatio. can understand that I’m knowledgeable about what I’m buying. But then three hours later I’m looking for number. he tells me his mgn. He got my numbers ready and when he showed me the sheet, I wanted to negotiate, At first, I didn’t see it until he showed me. This was numbers for leasing a vehicle. I never mentioned leasing a vehicle and that was definitely not what I came in for.."I said this to him" yes he tried to explain to me something about Leasing which I could not understand I told him I feel like my time was wasted because I came in for financing. He stated he pulled my credit. I don’t understand why he’s not giving me the numbers for financing and as I mention it for the second time, he started to Get antti and over talk me. To explain the financing would be too much for me And he didn’t wanna show me those numbers Because it would get me upset. I stated to him I don’t understand that’s what I came in for, mind you this was without showing me financing numbers. It seems like he was trying to push leasing on to me. Even though he pulled my credit, he refused to show me the numbers that came up for my pacific account. He started to get loud and as he stated to me, let me tell you something, I had to quickly say no sir you’re not gonna tell me anything. I don’t know if he noticed how his tone of voice and demeanor sound and look to me, but it was bad enough for me to Not wanna have Any more conversation with him. I just wanted to leave at this point. By allowing them to pull my credit to see where I stand when it comes down to make a purchase Is what I waited fo, for two Different cars cars that I chose and one of them, he told me he no longer had, which was the cheaper one that they have some coming in Transit soon it didn’t matter whether he had the cars or not wouldn’t matter. It was what my numbers look like after he pulled My Credit To know How much credit was granted to know which one I want to get. which he refused to show me. So at this point, I was ready to leave. But because he was so upset I no longer wanted to hear his rant he got up and Walked off, as I sat there. him and the nice guy I told you about, walked away together without saying you have a good night now, ma’am. It’s sad that you have to go away from your own neighborhood to get good service. it’s always us to do it to us. I’d never get this when I’m outside of my neighborhood. It really hurts my soul. it makes me wonder because I was in Sales for about six years straight and it seems to me. They have no sales skills, no negotiation skills no customer service skills and barely acknowledging that they’re in the wrong job field for the characters They carry on themReport
