Add ReviewThe level of service seems to have gone down. In the past, whenever I enter the service area, or anyone else in their car, a representative always comes to your car within a few minutes to ask "what can we do for you today." I was surprised, I sat for quite a while, and no one came.Report
Although service men were seated at their desk inside and a couple of them had looked directly at me, they looked the other way. Finally, a gentleman who brings and takes out cars came to my car and said "Mam" you will have to get out and go to someone. I replied, "Oh, is this a new procedure?" He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. It is necessary for the service person who is going to write the "order" come to the car because they need to check the mileage, etc. I observed employees on the phone and not even recognizing the fact that a customer had arrived. Bye the way, I had also made reservations. Service is beginning to be very much more unprofessional.
I'm very happy with the Nissan passport services that I received last Saturday Dec 18th for the maintenance of my car. The lady and gentleman who served me were very professional and knowledgeable and able to advise me well on the services that my car needed with a discount and they even put a sticker on my car for my next service date so that I don't forget. I will definitely recommend it to everyone out there ! Don't go anywhere else . This is the place . Pulled off the lot with my brand new 2021 Nissan Altima. The Nissan team did there thing . Shoutout to KOMi and The General Manager. They knew exactly what they were doing . I've been to several dealerships and they turned me down or tried to put me in something I didn't want . This team here didn't . They focused on what I really wanted and they got me in it . I am displeased that I am constantly asked about buying a new car each time I take my NEW car to get an oil change. I am also displease that this is the second time that I have left the dealership with the notification lights on. I would like to not be used to sell a new car or up sell services. I am not interested in bringing my car back and fear that my car will be sabotaged in order to service more services at my expense. I also was supposed to receive a follow up call last time I had an issue and never received follow up.Report

Bought a used CR-V from here in 2019. When I was filling out the paperwork I was assured the car had never been in an accident, which was important because I would've negotiated for a better price if it had been.Report
They told me to sign a paper stating I was shown the Carfax report (even though I hadn't been) and they could print it out for me afterwards.
The salesman said "we don't have it printed right now, but to save time
just go ahead and sign it and I'll have it printed out for you shortly. The car has never been in the accident, so you don't have anything to worry about".
Once I signed the paper, maybe 15 minutes later what happens? "Oh, we printed the report for you, and looks like the car was reported to be in an accident". Huh. Wonder why they had me sign BEFORE showing me the Carfax, and only showed me the report AFTER I agreed to a price.. Shame on me I guess for taking their word for it.
Since then, they keep calling asking me to bring my car in for service even though I don't live in Maryland. (why would anyone take a Honda to a Nissan dealership for service to begin with, not to mention across state lines?)
I've asked several times to be removed from the calling list and 2 years later I'm still getting calls from them.

My experience with Passport Nissan's Service department was quick and easy! It was a recall for my vehicle which I've only had for three months and I didn't know what to expect.
