Came in for body work because someone hit my car, left with none of my sensors working & them refusing to work on it

My first time experiencing and buying a new vehicle from Wendy Swalls at David Taylor Chrysler of Benton and will not be my last.. Wendy took very good care of me and making sure everything was done and in A timely fashion .. I didn’t have a lot of time to spend doing paper work and getting back to work so she had all the paperwork done when I got there so all I had to do is sign my me on the dotted line. I have to say I’m a very satisfied customer

I must say my family was in a pinch traveling from Florida my cousin and his wife were behind a trailer and we are behind them when all of the sudden a trailer in front of them lost a piece of metal from it. Traffic was insane and there is no where to move to and we couldn’t stop. we’re both trailering antiques to a car show in Illinois and this metal part damages my cousins transmission pan, he’s leaking a puddle all over the ground. We didn’t know what to do. Called for a tow, then started researching the nearest dealer and THANK YOU JESUS ???????? David Taylor Dealership comes up. We call and the young lady was so kind stated get here and let’s see what can be done. The car gets towed to the dealer and they immediately diagnosed the issue. They fixed the truck right away while we ate dinner at Four Little Pigs BBQ across the street (DELICIOUS). The service here was amazing. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Great Experience considering the circumstances. Great Job ???????????????????????????????? You All Were Great and We Thank You ???????????????????? God Bless.

Passing through town and had a flat tire on my Jeep. I was able to get to the dealership and they took care of me with a quickness and got me back on the road! Each employee was helpful and treated me like a customer they had worked with for years. I appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you!
