I have used Richard Biemiller for real estate closings for 20+ years. He is great at doing the commercial properties as well as residential. He will always look after the best interest of the client. The whole team at PZlaw is great to deal with. The communication is always prompt. Family members and friends have used Brandon Zeigler for divorce. I even heard one get upset their spouse hired Brandon before they could. If you need an attorney of any kind this office can help you.

Divorce is never easy... it is never something you expect when you walk down the aisle. At a time in my life where things were awful... she pulled me through. At a time where I needed fairness to keep my home for my son and living expenses... she was there! If you find yourself in need of legal representation, this is definitely the best firm in the area by far! I’ve called 5 other firms before I found parks zeigler! On my Initial call I spoke with Mrs.Deborah and she listened to what I had to say and assured me I’d be in good hands if my situation were to need litigation. It was the first firm I had reached out to, that actually seemed like they cared for their clients. That was the deciding factor for me. They are willing to work with you and go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly and efficiently! This is my 2nd year with them and I have no regrets!

I can't imagine choosing them for anything after seeing the way they treat their employees, past and present. Petty and childish. You would think they'd be above that with this line of work. Amazing.

Edit to add: I am offended as a woman after what I have seen. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment, and I believe they know exactly what I'm talking about which is why they don't care to ask any further details.

My hope for posting this review is that those involved will think twice before intentionally promoting senseless and needless harm to anyone, no matter the fit to your company.

I'm not a client, but I am a fellow lawyer, and I know Kellam Parks because we both are totally committed to improving the practice of law by serving clients better, and seek out like-minded lawyers to help do that.

Parks Zeigler delivers results for its clients by using technology to deliver maximum impact on every case, meaning they get better results with less resources than other firms who can't match their tech-savviness.  Kellam has a computerized system for just about everything, so that they can do everything in the right time, in the right way, which hels them get the right outcomes for each client.

If I ever needed a lawyer in the Tidewater area, Kellam would be my first call.

After unpleasant experience with my prior Family Law attorney whom I had spent a lot of money with very little result, Mr. Parks agreed to take my child support modification case with a little time left before my next court hearing.
Mr. Parks demonstrated skill at sorting out complex issues and effectively negotiating them in my best interest. He always answered my questions in a timely manner and gave me specific suggestion about what I can do to keep costs down and support my case. He is true professional, talented, extremely knowledgeable, organized, efficient, conscientious, attentive, caring, diligent, concerned and articulate. His office staff is efficient and prompt, not to mention polite.
