My son had to wait 3 hours for the admission process, and no one was there at 6 am. I told someone in the reception that my son needs to go lay down, he wasn't feeling well and need to go to the floor. We had been here for 3hrs and everything was done. She answered yelling at me " the patient doesn't decide when is time to go to the floor, we tell him when". Really, what kind of business this place is. Definitely, not patient and family oriented.

This was by far the worst psych ward I've ever been in it was terrible the shower burned the shit outta me and the employees told me I was faking my illness previously diagnosed by real medical doctors. However I must highly recommend that Daniel Lopez and Will get promoted they were nice to me while all the rest were garbage I also met new freinds too. If Daniel Lopez meets me on the outside I'm a high iq person and a peer support specialist who just came here to get help we could be Buddies in the real world I feel like because of my feild of study and work.

This is not Disneyland not even close! I don't think anyone gets anything from this place ???? ????

This place is a joke, there is zero communication, my father in law went without medication for a few days and when we addressed it the nurses response was “well we didn’t know he was on medicine”, but my father was admitted to the same location less than 60 days prior. They lie about appointment times, don’t take people into account while operating a business. The lack of concern by staff, doctors and operations is ridiculous. All they do is throw medicine at people and release them, there is zero follow through, they don’t check on patients and it is clear there is a lack of training everywhere in this building. Do yourself a favor a REALLLY BIG FAVOR and never trust your family here, because they don’t care and clearly do not look up previous visits for history or medication visits.

This place is horrible! Insurance chasers. First thing they ask for upon intake. They hold voluntary patients against their will. They just want their seven days worth of payout from your insurance company. The groups are a joke and most of their staff is straight out of the hood. Stay away at all costs. Do yourself a favor and go to Salus care. NO STARS!!!

Update: I responded to their invitation and sent my contact information, patient information and told them I would like to talk to them. It has been three days and I haven’t heard anything from them.

I would advise anyone considering this facility to be cautious and ensure they have a clear understanding of the commitment process and their rights before seeking care here.
