Park City Hotels by IHG

We really enjoyed our stay. For being right next to the freeway, it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was decent. The only problem was the hot tub was closed. But that didn't detract from our stay.

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene todo cerca, desde actividades de esquí hasta comida y supermercados. El personal es súper amable. La limpieza fue excelente, todos los días. Lo único fue el desayuno, esperaba mas variedad. Solo sándwiches de biscuit de microondas, cereal, y muffin.

Positive: Room was nice. Free breakfast. Negative: We chose the hotel because the hot tub was open 24/7 but the hot tub was closed during our stay. Our room was right next to the laundry room so it kept us up and the walls were very thin.

Excellent service

Sheets were stained.
Hot tub broken and no towels at pool.
Sauna fit 2 people and was cold.
No extra toilet paper on room.
You had to go back to your room to warm your frozen breakfast sandwich. No microwave in lobby.
Carpets are old and filthy.
Pet hair around bottom of bed.

comfortable bed, great service. Was happy until this review process. Let me answer a few questions and move on

The stay at hotel was as expected except for the breakfast the breakfast was very poor

I would not recommend this hotel. No breakfast. No coffee. Hot room. Super loud HVAC. Room was clean though and the gentlemen that checked us in was very professional and courteous. Holiday Inn needs to move on from the pandemic and start serving breakfast just like all of the other restaurants in the area.
