Came in to buy a used car they had. I was greeted by a lovely Sales Man named Jeremey. He was able to get me with Randy in the finance office quick and fast. Justin the Manager has a great team. They are always ready to help when you come in. And an extra special shout out to Chewy. He is my go to guy if I have any issues or concerns. And he has been amazing.

I can say even though I bought a used car it feels, smells and drives like a brand new car!!! Dream car has been secured. Thank you Plants Ford for being the best.

i didn’t buy a car but my car overheated and i had to stop here and they went out of their way to not only figure out why, but to fix it for me free of charge. They didn’t have a reason to as i wasn’t buying a car but the fact that they still did just shows how much they want to help people so you know you’d be coming to the right place here. Shoutout to the manager jacob and the salesman chuy for helping me out!! You cant wrong buying a car from here, they’ll make sure they get you the best deal!!

Rick in service was absolutely awesome! He was very transparent through the entire process and got our truck back to us quickly. Most friendly customer care I have ever experienced! I would give 10 stars if that were an option.

My experience with this dealership was amazing. Everyone did a great job! Limon was an amazing salesman and did everything in his power to make sure I got a vehicle!

My partner & I visited Planet Ford on September 25th, 2024. Justin Odle (sales consultant) took care of us promptly & professionally. It wasn’t until NICK ALVAREZ joined the conversation & everything went south from there. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a manner as I was that day. His demeanor and approach is inexcusable. He never introduced himself, walked up to our table and basically talked to us like we were imbeciles. Nick Alvarez felt insulted that we would offer less than the sales price & kept ARGUING LIKE A CHILD with us as to why we would offer such a price. I guess the art of negotiation is something he finds insulting. My partner & I addressed his rudeness, walked out, and promised never to do business with Planet Ford again as long as Nick Alvarez is employed there. I honestly thought someone was pranking us - I couldn’t believe the words & rudeness coming out of his mouth from a professional. Our interaction with him is truly such an embarrassment for Planet Ford. I would like to add that Justin Odle was always professional & kind. He came out to our car afterwards and apologized immensely for the interaction we just encountered with Nick Alvarez. It is such a shame that that happened, we were ready to buy a truck that day, but Nick Alvarez lost Planet Ford business that day & future customers
