Dealing with Paragon Service is like falling down the abyss to hell. They are the worst when it comes to responsiveness and efficiency. 2016 HR-V just hit 60k. Drive train disengaged on the highway. Paying for 2 tow trucks it was finally delivered to service garage on 31st. 2 days later the car still sits on the lot. Reception does not know anything. Service specialist is absent! No managers in sight! Experience shows this might be the norm. Back in 2019 had a multi system check. The next day battery died. Never had these problems with my Toyota or Toyota service. What's up?

Worst possible customer service ever
I have almost over two weeks trying to get in contact with a manager not one manager has contacted me back.!
the horn on my 2019 accord does not work and I have a charging problem I purchased the car brand new out of the box here we are two years almost 3 years later and I'm having issues and no one has taken the time to call me to figure out the problem and try to fix it

Felt more like a prison cafeteria than a dealership. Manager berated his staff in front of us and yelled at him publicly. Left without even test driving since the whole experience felt so awful. A million staff members trying to make a sale.

My recent visit involved renewing my inspection stamp on my leased vehicle. Even though I had foolishly made this appointment at the busiest time of the week, I received outstanding service led by Service Manager Robert Dubose and the rest of the Honda Paragon staff members. This service center has a high volume of cars, especially on a Friday night, but the crew is very efficient, organized, hardworking, professional and trustworthy, especially led by Robert Dubose that evening. They all worked together to quickly receive my car (in spite of the high volume of cars on a Friday evening), process the paperwork, conduct the inspection and replace my stamp without any hassle. I can't thank Robert enough for all he did to make sure my visit went smoothly on a busy Friday night. Even though I am a long-time Paragon customer, this was my first time meeting Robert. After he immediately made sure that my car was received and getting processed, I saw him quickly move on to other cases. He was unstoppable but never looked frazzled. As soon as they brought my car back in, Robert immediately appeared to lead me to the desk for final processing. I don't know how he did all he was doing on this very busy night all while being so professional, pleasant and efficient. Since I have nearly 25 years of experience directing a huge research team, I know what this takes AND I also greatly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism when I see it. Thank you, Robert Dubose and Paragon staff members! Receiving service like this is the reason I will always lease a Honda.

Sales team kept me at the dealership for 5 hours before discussing financing. My trade-in had been taken away already. I have excellent credit but they hit me with 4.2% interest and gave some BS made up reason. It is impossible to leave any dealer without getting ripped off on something. I will NEVER shop thru a dealer again, only test drive the cars, and then purchase thru an online deal where it's all clear up front. I've also discovered signs that the car was involved in an accident but the car fax report didn't say that. Thanks Paragon for turning me off of car dealerships for good.
