I had a great experience with my recent purchase of my MDX at Paragon Acura. My Sales Rep. Hannan Z did a great job in showing me all my options and working with me to get the very best deal available along with his great attitude and wealth of knowledge I was not only able to secure a great lease but the car was delivered 2 weeks ahead of time. All in all In my opinion the Paragon Acura dealership is one of the best that you can go to and get a great deal they listen to you and they will try their best to give you the best that they have available I highly recommended them and the cars. The RDX and the MDX are some of the best you can buy.

I purchased a certified 2018 Acura RDX with Technology Package from Paragon in October. I went with Paragon given its wonderful Google and DealerRater reviews. A family member of mine purchased his Acura there over a decade ago (when they were also top dealer in area!).

My experience with Paragon, especially with sales-rep Glenn Matos was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Finalizing details was streamlined and the convenience of on-site DMV services is great. Highly recommend Glenn and Paragon.

Very poor customer service.
I called parts like 10-15 times no answer.
Had to drive to the store to get my question answered.

Paragon Acura is an extremely professional and welcoming dealership that pays attention to the details. They were attentive in ensuring we were comfortable and attended to upon entry.

Alex C was so instrumental in getting me my first vehicle. Please note, things move quickly here! I came into the dealership looking for a specific car within their inventory (that I found that morning) it was gone by the time I arrived later that afternoon. After giving me the bad news, Alex moved quickly and found something comparable that even had better features! It was a deal I couldn't pass. I am so happy with my purchase and have been smiling from ear to ear.
