I am a newly graduated student with two dogs that I frequently transport in my backseat, so it's safe to say my car had layers of pet hair and crumbs. Frank let me bring my car in as soon as I called and did the most incredible job! I'm not exaggerating when I say the inside looks, feels, and smells brand new after the Executive treatment. Expensive but the right price for such an immaculate job!!

Great service! They are friendly and professional. I love it!

My first time getting my car detailed. My car was filthy from a move and had some really bad spots on the hood from sealant that dripped on it. Spotless. Some leftover dirtyspots around the trunk crevices but I purchased the base cleaning.

This place rocks. My car was so gross due to moving and my husband using it for work in a warehouse. I dropped it off and told them what I needed, there was a big sign with all the prices do no surprises. When I picked it up I felt like I had just bought a brand new car. Seriously amazing. They were also so cool and relaxed and there was no pressure or upselling. I'll be back soon for Window tinting, and will probably start getting basic cleaning every few months from here, as I drive a lot for work And my car is my office. They made me feel happy and comfortable in my car again ?

Went here for a car wash a few months ago & came back to a dead battery. Took them over 5 hours to clean the car & they left the headlights on the whole time. At first they offered to pay for the battery replacement, bot once we got it replaced, they changed their tune & refused to take any responsibility. The Management staff was extremely rude & borderline threatening. And, the car wasn't even properly cleaned. Definitely was the WORST experience I've had at a carwash or any customer facing business ever. There are literally 5 car washes on the Washington strip; use any other one!

Thank you for your review. From time to time we are encountered with situations that are totally bewildering. Your situation is one of those situations. Many a times customers that we love so much can be totally mistaken. Blaming a car wash center for your battery dying is tantamount to blaming a restaurant for your cancer diagnosis after eating at the said restaurant. Your vehicle kept loosing charge at our premises and we graciously charged your vehicle. After your vehicle was fully charged, we advised you to get your alternator and battery checked for they are the most likely source of your charging problem. In a bid to satisfy you, we shall gladly offer you a Q-tip wash. Thank you for patronizing our business. We would love to be of service to you.
