This place is horrible no one answers the phone I called at 5pm it rang for 1 hr and half for someone to pick and hang up on me I call back it rang for another hour for them to tell me to call back in an hour because they only have one nurse on duty and he was busy I call back I am using two phones since they have two phone numbers listed and it's been over an hour of both phones ringing. If you have a choice do not come here your family members will never get a hold of anyone because they just don't answer their phones. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would. I will escalate my complaint to the CEO horrible horrible service in such an emotional time for families.

Lack of communication is worse ever.

The rooms are NOT clean. I used a wash cloth to to wipe down my bed before sleeping in it and afterwards the wash cloth looked like I scrubbed the floor. The housekeepers are young girls there to get paid. For 3 days they came in, emptied the trash, swept the middle of the floor and walked back out the room. Never seen their cleaning cart, disinfectant spray, mop or anything like that. They didn't even check the bathroom.

I was afraid to eat at first but the food appeared safe to eat and to my surprise was good and healthy.

It's sad when a patient hears a doctor say I don't care if the person wants to leave let them go what kind of help is that I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I was here many, MANY years ago.
But, it had a different name.
Anyone remember what the name was?
They helped me tremendously.

if i could give 0 i would! my family member was admitted i did not know what was going on for 3 weeks as he was discharged by an uber left on side of road confused and lost for 6 hours finding out he was hit in face by staff member will be reporting to state they should close this place down

0 star actually. They don't answer their phones AT ALL. I never got through the to talk to my bf the entire time he was there. I had to wait an hour one time and most times i wait 30mins and just give up. I give them a message and my bf said he never got it. The staff are unprofessional and instead of helping their patients there's some staff that brings them down. Don't work in the medical field if you have no compassion or understanding. This place was nothing but a headache. I'm just glad he's out of there.
