They shoved my brother full of drugs I told them had caused problems for him in the past, discharged him when he wasn't ready, and then threatened to call the cops on him when he had an episode of paranoia after they made him leave the building (while refusing to let him back in). Getting ahold of any of the treating personnel is impossible, much less being able to talk to the patients. They do not care about your loved ones. Do not take them here.

The Outpatient Therapy has significantly helped me with my anxiety and ocd. Would recommend for anyone who needs any mental help.

We were having a legal issue with my family, and they arranged a meeting and I was denied being able to go. I wasn't in for a 5150, and this meeting was to make a permanent decision for my mom.

Much improved from the last time I was in outpatient- excellent, receptive and accommodating staff.

What to say of dr Cotner she will be on your team for the best desired outcome she hears what your saying and sometimes what you don’t say draws it out and will serve you well

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Pacific Grove Outpatient. I’ve been here for a few months and I’ve taken a lot out of it. You learn a lot every week and they make time for everyone. They have their own psychiatrist, nurse, food, and one-on-one therapy. It’s the best experience with mental health medicine I’ve had so far.

I highly recommend this program to anyone hoping to improve their mental health.

I truly do appreciate all that Pacific Grove recovery did for me! This was the second recovery I’ve attended. I feel I got so much more from this program over the other. This program got more into the underlining reasons I became an alcoholic. My therapist (Ray) truly gets into your problems and helped me see things I didn’t see prior. A lot more than just a group session or hearing about how alcohol and addiction affects your life. Those topics were still covered but I appreciated the unpacking of how and why I started in the first place. They also helped me with my insurance issues. The GM, other facility therapists, front office staff, nurse and doctor were all very helpful and always welcoming. Thanks again for everything!

The people and staff here are amazing. When I was new here, they welcomed me with open arms. They have helped me so much with my problems while working through them. Shout out to Ray who is an amazing counselor????.

Pacific Grove outpatient is the good choice to go to. The staffs are so wonderful. This program has helped me alot.
