We contacted Pacific Coast Roofing Service because an inspection of our home showed damaged roofing tiles and rotted facia boards. Brian was quick to respond and have a team member some to our home to perform the inspection. After the inspection we received a detailed report with a ton of pictures showing the trouble spots. Brain suggest a repair service versus a complete replacement of the roof. The team showed up on time, performed the work as promised and left the yard around our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. After the service was performed we received another report of what was done to our roof along with before and after photos of the areas that were repaired. WE could not be more happy with the service we received from Pacific Coast Roofing Service. We would highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs you may have.

These guys are the great! While I was looking for quotes, Brian was very responsive and realistic about timelines. The price was fair and the work is impeccable. Old vents were capped off and the gutters were cleaned out as well. All in all a great experience for a big job. As someone with no experience in having a roof out on, I felt confident with my choices and I was treated with respect the whole way through this process.

We had a great experience working with this company. Communication was clear and prompt, the quote was competitive, and our new roof looks great.

We received quotes for a whole roof replacement from two other roofing companies and although Pacific Coast was priced a little higher than the other two, we went with them because they had the best extended warranty (which we elected for) and the least amount of hidden fees. They also have a very extensive portfolio which was provided to us.

Communication from beginning to end was all via email and seamless. We were given instructions on how to prepare for the day of installation and what to expect. The job was finished in about 5 hours and they cleaned up as if they were never there.
