Raffi is awesome so thankful for all his awesome efforts! We’ve been a longtime customer of Pacific BMW for the last 10 years and have always been grateful for all their awesome efforts to find the car of my needs! Thanks again Raffi Ohenesian!Report
If you want a busted up not inspected car this is the dealership for you. Even better they wont give you a warranty for used cars even after broken parts are found. Asked to fix car and they said if I walk out now without signing we will just put it back on lot! look for next sucker I suppose.Report
Don’t want to get into too much detail, but if you are trying to avoid a friendly, enjoyable, and most important HONEST car shopping experience, stay away from this dealership (especially the sales-rep Sogol). I have made multiple, two hour, commutes in order to apply my BMW loyalty and college grad rebate to the price listed. After finally agreeing on the price, I made yet another commute to the dealership in order to finalize the price we agreed on the phone, but I got there and Sogol raised the price by $1,000! In all my years of business I have never dealt with such manipulators and dishonest sales personnel. I will never give my business to Pacific BMW because of my experience with Sogol.Report
We had a positive experience overall with Pacific BMW; the deal was competitive, Raffi in sales was honest and thorough, and the dealership overall offers great manager special opportunities compared to others.Report

Very clean, easy to maneuver and not too busy
In 2021, I leased a car from this shady dealership. Six months later, rainwater started leaking into the back seat. I took the car to a downtown dealership, and they told me they couldn’t help because the car had been in an accident, and both the driver’s and back doors had been completely replaced. I was absolutely shocked since this was never disclosed to me when I signed the lease.Report
When I checked CarMax, there was no record of the accident. The dealership hid this critical detail in tiny font at the bottom of one page buried among 100 others. Now it’s clear why they were rushing me to sign everything quickly without reading. Sure, I should have been more careful, but let’s be real that doesn’t give them a free pass to scam me.
For three years, I brought the car back three separate times to fix the rainwater issue. Three times! And guess what? They never fixed it. Rainwater kept coming in, and they didn’t care. These people are absolute crooks.
Fast forward to November. I went in for the inspection before returning the lease, and they told me the front tires needed replacing. Fine I replaced them, put the new tires in the back, and moved the perfectly fine back tires to the front. A week later, I returned the car for my scheduled appointment at 11:20 AM. They made me sit in their lobby for over two hours. Then, the inspector finally comes out and says there’s a “small cut” on the front tire (which was already there during the initial inspection) and they’re charging me $300. Are you kidding me?! The “cut” was a barely noticeable 1 cm mark on the side.
Let me make this crystal clear the people working at this dealership from the service department to sales are nothing but trained thieves. They scam, they lie, and they exploit their customers at every chance. I should have sued them for failing to fix the rainwater issue, but I’ll say this: I hope someone does. They are disgusting, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
If you want to waste your money and your sanity, go ahead and buy a car from these clowns. Otherwise, stay far away from these con artists. They’re not running a dealership they’re running a scam.
