Great staff, great for party's and really fun place

This was our second time bouncing at Defy! We have so much fun every time. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Even all the other bouncers are considerate and watch out for my little kids while bouncing. I feel very comfortable letting them bounce in the bigger areas because the other patrons are so nice! Highly recommend, especially in the cold winter months! We even became members!

Lots of people not wearing masks, no enforcement to those who refused to wear them, they stated rules but didn't enforce them. Disappointed this time.

Great staff and very clean.

My 2 year old son and I had a truly wonderful time here. We will definitely be back. It appeared clean, friendly, and safe. A few things that would have enhanced my experience would have been a brief tour, or explanation of each section ahead of time. In addition, if a 5 minute warning could be given over the loud speaker before the announcement that our time slot has ended, that would go along way with helping the children not have an abrupt ending. But next time I'll know to just keep a closer eye out on the time. Overall, still a great experience.

My kids love thus place. They'd live here if they could!!!
