Concerns Regarding Professional Ethics Please see google review for further information. This feedback is posted to inform the consumer of information on Trent Morris (General Manager) by sharing public record to help assist with understanding the level of integrity and morals Outstanding Heating & Air (General Manager) operates with. It should also be noted they only hold (1) license under Kevin Hagar (48002) and advertise affiliations & accreditation with NATE & Home Builders Associations in which they do not have according to direct searches on 08/08/2024. Also according to ACCA website Outstanding Heating & Cooling only performs Residential Services but on their website they advertise turn-key services including commercial repair & installation. This is a direct act of deception and misinformation. Further investigation would more than likely lead to findings that they have had unqualified in-house personnel perform work for clients over the years that have not participated in required training with EPA certification.

Outstanding Heating and Cooling is absolutely outstanding! Eddie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with coming out and giving me a quote on replacing my HVAC unit. The installation technicians that came out and replaced my unit were respectful, knowledgeable, and did it very quickly. Everything in the process from start to finish was absolutely outstanding! I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know that needs any HVAC/R work done.

Will did a very nice job during the service call to our home yesterday. He called ahead, he diagnosed the problem quickly and he provided options for short-term and long-term fix. This type of prompt and professional service is greatly appreciated.

Our AC died and our furnace was way past due to replace. Outstanding came in, told us what would work best, and answered all our questions. The final product could not have turned out any better! Our new AC system
makes our house more comfortable than it ever has and we are seeing a big drop in electricity usage while keeping the house cooler than the old system. I can even admit that there was a hiccup with the AC after installation and it was handled expertly and expediently. We could not be happier with the sales, installation and performance of our new AC/furnace system!

Having COPD heat and humidity makes breathing unbearable. Nothing is worst than not being able to breath. They came out after a busy day to get my air going. it was after 10:00 pm. I was extremely grateful.

Best decision we made to call OUTSTANDING HEATING & COOLING! Technician Austin was professional as he donned shoe covers so as not to track in rain and dirt into our home. He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to check our thermostats, filters, and educate us on our HVAC system. He determined the issue quickly and was able to engage the business manager in locating a rare controller component on our behalf. Thank you Kevin for leaning into that scavenger hunt! Fair quote, shared options on maintenance plans for future system health, and friendly customer service follow-up calls. Beyond delighted to get our AC running before the Summer really heats up!
