I was injured in a hit-n-run accident 1 1/2 yrs ago. I contacted S & S where they said they would take my case. They had me in Physical therapy and doctor’s offices for 6 months. One day I received a letter stating they had dropped me due to not believing they could get a “substantial settlement” offer. They left all bills unpaid and I was out high and dry with no explanation. I felt helpless

Ostroff was able to maximize my settlement. Had all medical bills paid off. This office is not interested in handling the personal injury case. How can this company have any good reviews when their clients are denied legal representation? The worst experience ever. Jon Ostroff himself is not available on the phone to discuss as well. All their statements are not true. Stay away from this unfairness and frustration!!! This is not how justice should be implemented. They don’t fight for their clients as they simply don’t care.

Nearly six years ago my life changed. I was one of the unfortunate passengers caught in the tragedy that unfolded during the early morning hours in Union County, PA. While heading west bound on I-80, the Greyhound bus in which I was travelling rear-ended a tractor trailer. My husband and I were truly blessed and very fortunate to have had Ostroff law on our side. We had an amazing team working diligently to get us what we rightfully deserved and it as done swiftly.
