The best of the best. My family and I ran into a situation with a crematorium, who were nasty, rude hurtful, extremely unhelpful, never explained other options and more. I phoned Osceola Memory Garden and they were so extreme kind and explained our options that the other placed refused too, even to my attorney.
Osceola Memory Garden picked up my Dad's body from the crematorium. Chrissy and Tom Dorsey went so far out of their way to help me and calm down my daily anxiety. They dealt with my daily phone calls and questions. It has taken almost a month to lay my Step Dad to rest, who raised me, but it would not have happened without Osceola Memory Garden, Tom Dorsey and Chrissy.
I could not be more thankful to them. Thank you is not even enough to say to or do for them!!

My experience with Osceola Memory Gardens was phenomenal. I was taken care and was not rushed or made to feel as my situation was not important. I was given time when I became tearful Tom allowed me to have that moment, he showed me true compassion. I would highly recommend Osceola Memory Gardens.

They were very professional and accommodating. My wife's loss was sudden and unexpected. They made the process easy. The viewing and services was more than I expected.

Mr. Tom Dorsey and his colleagues were very helpful and informative. He has the ability to work in very complicated situations and has timeliness quality. My mother passed away a few weeks ago and we had to transport her remains international and he made this happen on a very short notice. I'm very pleased with his commitment and enthusiasm.

Both Mon and Dad had a contract and things were handled as to there wishes. Very friendly and conceited of all are needs.
