Marc Isaac at Orleans Toyota was extremely helpful today in facilitating the replacement of my right front tire which ran over a curb & sustained a rip in the sidewall. While that dealership did not have the exact tire I needed, he called Hyannis Toyota & arranged for them to check (& ultimately replace) that tire. He was proactive in getting us on our way as we told him we have an evening meeting tonight. He was interested in our problem, gave us the needed information, & provided us an excellent experience even though we were not in the best of moods at the time. Bravo, Marc Isaac!

Had a flat tire on my way to work, called and Chris got me in right away. They inspected the tire for patching but the slice was too big. Installed my spare so I could get home and ordered me tires which they Installed the next morning. Great job getting me back to normal! Thank you Chris and Mark for all your help

Thanks to Chris for great service and even loaning me a charge chord for my dying cell phone!

First of all, I was charged $150 for brake fluid even though I have an extended service contract. And secondly, despite buying this service contract several years ago, every time I remind them that I do in fact HAVE a service contract they tell me, "no, it has been canceled!" I have been gone through this several times and it's getting quite annoying!

I am on my third RAV4 from Ira Toyota of Orleans. Over the years, I have been very satisfied with the service and the staff in all departments. Friendly, courteous and most helpful. Thank you all.
