Allen the service advisor is so rude. He told me the reason the car isn't working is because I am not driving it correctly. He refused to hear me out and when asked for written documents of not feeling safe he gave me attitude. This man should not be an advisor. How he even works in customer service is beyond me. This is very unfortunate because Lee the man who sold me the vehicle made everything amazing. Its a shame. I will never be back to this jeep dealership for anything.

After speaking with Allyn, he mentioned that you demanding for us to note that what you were experiencing was an unsafe condition or safety concern. We found the stated concern to be a normal characteristic as we were able to reproduce it on 2 similar vehicles and with no concern for safety. Our technician thoroughly checked over the associated systems for the engine and transmission with no faults or defects at this time. Again, we apologize if the message was cast in a rude manner. I want to give many thanks to the team at Orlando Dodge Jeep Chrysler RAM. The experience there was impeccable, Edwin and Joel our sales guys couldn't have been any better. Communication was perfect, never pushy, understood my requests and needs, and in the end delivered exactly what I wanted. The finance team I referred to them like Houdini. In and out in less then 10 min. No upsells, paperwork all done just a few signatures and out the door enjoying our new Jeep. The finance manager even took the time out to speak to me (at my request) to discuss my credit before even pulling it to avoid any inquiries if it wasn't going to move forward. The best of all no "market adjustments", no dealer add ons just good…. Great….. EXCELLENT customer service.

This place is the best, everyone I dealt with was honest and friendly. This was by far the best buying experience I've had buying a new vehicle.
