I was initially at a dealership in Chicago, about to finalize the purchase of a vehicle, when my good friend and former Marine NCO, Chris at Orange Park Dodge, advised me to hold off. He said he could get me a much better deal and experience, and I’m so glad I listened. Even though I was out of state, Chris made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I sent him pictures and videos of the car I was looking at in Chicago, and within minutes, he found the exact model I wanted at Orange Park Dodge – but with even better pricing and terms!

We completed the entire sale over the phone in just 45 minutes, and Chris took the time to explain every aspect of the deal to me, especially about the benefits of DARCARS Assurance. He really went the extra mile in explaining how it would protect my investment long-term. The DARCARS Assurance plan gave me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is covered against unexpected issues and helped me feel confident in the purchase, especially with shipping the car from out of state. Chris made sure I understood how the warranty, service options, and coverage would all benefit me in the long run, so I knew I was not just getting a great deal but a solid investment in my future.

The level of incompetence in the service department is startling. Upon review of my service work I noticed it looked like one of the filters, that I paid nearly 4x retail for, had not been replaced. I asked the service staff to provide me with some evidence of replacement. I received a picture of a bunch of filters. Unfortunately none were mine. I did my own previous service and had pictures of the filters I used. Bad enough to fake the work but then lie straight to the customer is just ethically mind blowing

Would give zero stars if I could. Sold us a car that quit on us 8 months later (certified pre owned lol). Battery completely dead, and we knew this but it didn’t explain all the other messages popping up on the dash. We have it towed to Darcars to hopefully tell us what’s wrong with the car they sold us. They tell us that they cannot find out what’s wrong with it before we agree to pay a $250 diagnostic fee and over $1000 to install new batteries in the car. “Then we’ll go from there”. This place is absurd in pricing and a complete rip off. We will not be back. I do not recommend doing any business with this place.

There's a salesman there named Chris that is very 'standoffish'. Showed me a brand new truck with clear coat and paint off down to the metal. That sometimes happens during shipping. Not a big deal. Usually dealerships fix that. I asked if he could fix that if I decided to purchase. He aggressively replied "no". I asked, "oh do you sell new trucks with paint issues?" His reply was even more loud and aggressive, "yes, all the time!"

Then when talking numbers he explains how this dealership throws in some charge called the DARCAR Assurance package. It's around $2,500. It's a package of services I didn't want to pay for. I asked if I could not pay for it and not receive said services. This guys reply was another overly-aggressive response. Somehow they found another $10,000 to add to their online price. Bad experience all around. Why advertise a price and then add another 10 grand? Go to a different dealership. I suggest Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside.
