Bad communication didn't hear anything until it was her discharge time they didn't change her medication they just sent her home the same way she was when she went very unprofessional I hope she never has to come back there smh terrible

While my minor was at this facility, we had the worst issue with communication issues, clear up to her discharge. They took over 6 hours to call in her prescription in, that was after we called twice to have them send it in. I would not recommend sending your minor here unless you want to spend hours on the phone tracking down answers, which we did for the full 7 days. Nobody there made me feel like my minor was safe.

I can't emphasize enough how horrible this place is! The fact that they are able to continue providing care to people is frightening!

I was forced to go by the ER due to suicidal ideation. I spoke to my doctor three days prior to this that the medication wasn't helping. Nothing got done other than scheduling an appointment three months out. I was transferred to this place by police instead of by ambulance, which didn't make any sense because I wasn't combative, uncooperative, etc. This had me traumatized. I was terrified the whole time. I was afraid to even ask for basic things because I've seen other patients get snipped at for the same thing. It felt like prison in there. I had to stay an extra two days due to change in my medications. If my medications would have been changed before all of this since they weren't helping, I would have not been there in the first place as I was told by one of the therapists. It was a very stressful environment, and it only added more stress on me. I don't recommend anyone to go there for treatment. Getting my medications changed was the only thing that helped while I was there. Everything else I was basically just pushing through so that I can get home and work through my issues with my regular therapist and primary care doctor. I was completely traumatized from the time I got transferred to that place from the ER to the time I got discharged.

Only met one nice staff member (marcus). The rest are rude and have bad attitudes. Very unprofessional. I don't see how they call this place the best.
