Just picked up my car . Paul did an amazing job picking me a car . I told him what I wanted and he found exactly that and closed the deal within days !! Highly recommend !!!!

I went to BMW Edison and Remond Helped me he was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He took his time explain everything, i ended not buying the car and preferred to wait because of the Market situation right now, but definitely i'm coming back and recommending him to all my family and friends

Paul was great, very helpful and quick. Communication was great. This is my second time working with him and will always recommend him and go back to him if needed

My 2nd time coming to this specific dealership. David Lutz is wonderful to work with. I asked to see and test about 4 different vehicles. He was always willing to help with no hesitations and no rush on his part. He worked things out to get exactly what I needed so I'm glad to say that the service provide was excellent.

I didn't know what to expect from open road BMW was initially looking to lease the X5 below but the payments were just too high. So I chose to finance and working with Mathias was a great experience. Was able to get the X5 and also have a reasonable monthly payment. Looks like I am going to be a customer for years to come. Thank you again

Unfortunately I hate to play the cliche but I must in this instance. My 3 series was notifying me that I needed to get my abs sensor checked out. Long story short I had the service "taken care of". However, not even a full 24hrs later the same warning signal came back on. Of course, I bring it back the next day just for the service rep tell me "they don't know what the problem is" and to bring the car back at a later date. This went on for threes weeks until I got tired of the gross incompetence and ultimately gave up. The service reps name is Jimmy.

Hi Drew. I understand your frustration, this issue was in June, and unfortunately do to your busy schedule you can't make it till January. In all fareness that's not a reflection on us, I would appreciate you removing the survey, and posting one after your visit.

My sale guy Anthony did is best trying to get me into the car I wanted but unfortunately I wasn't able to seal the deal because of the crazy market so number wasn't working out in my favor , see Anthony if u looking for car .

I was so satisfied with my first BMW service experience at Open Road that I am taking time to give them a FIVE STAR fist bump!!! The brand new modern service center was extremely well planned and thought out. The whole process was seamless from dropping off to service writing to picking up when complete. My service advisor Janwill Ramirez listened to my issues and went above and behind to have each issue fixed in one visit!! amazing!! So now Open Road BMW is 5 STAR with Brian the "Englishman" in sales and 5 Star with Janwill and the amazing service team!!

BMW Road of Edison was a great experience. I had worked with Mathias Leitas. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was all about making my experience efficient and effective. I am currently in the process of buying my next vehicle from Open Road and highly recommend. Overall, Mathias was great to work with, and was a huge factor in me buying a vehicle from Open Road!
