Growing up in Avon always wanted to buy a car from Oneill's and finally did. The purchase was terrific and Jim was accommodating. Michelle in service was great. The brothers helped along the way with warranty work. Great experience. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with all the work they did on my car. They were timely, informative and helpful. The Service Associate (Juan) is always a pleasure to do business with.

The most amazing dealership I have ever worked with. I am out of state and my husband got really ill and was hospitalized for weeks. They went above and beyond to work with us even coming hours out of there way to drop the vehicle off to us. Words can't say how truly amazing this team is and what they do for their customers. Thank you Courtney and team!!!

Painfully slow. 1 hr 45 min for an oil change and rotation with an appointment? Also, after all that time, they didn't even set the tire pressure correctly. #whygotoadealer

Thermostat replacement quote (hours) is not properly quoted by service. Additional hours is charged after the work has been completed because they mentioned that it was the whole assembly and not just the thermostat. Felt deceived on the service that I approved of them to do.

Work is satisfactory. Pricing clarity is not.
