No mention of a $99 service call (for less than 15 minutes) when they volunteered to come look at the system. I did not ask. When I called to ask about the charge I was berated by the owner for wanting free service. When I finally got across to him that I was willing to pay, but $99 was excessive and undisclosed, we agreed on $40. When I paid the $40, the check was returned, un-cashed, with a note to not call again and my account was closed. I called to say he could have the $40 we agreed on and that I didn't ever plan to call again anyway, but I was told I didn't read his note and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, and I am amazed he is still in business.
