My service person must have been new. She was a bit confused about a number billing things. But resolved the questions fairly quickly. Otherwise service is always kind, professional and courteous.

I began shopping for my first ever Subaru toward the end of January/beginning of February. I knew almost exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to test drive, and then decided I wanted to wait a few months before making a purchase.
If you have a chance to work with Olivia and Reid, you will love your experience like I did. They both took lots of time to explain all of the features I’d be seeing, and Olivia was NOT pushy at all. She allowed me to take a few months from purchasing, and then thoroughly explained all of the additional options that I could add to my vehicle purchase (including gap insurance, which I’ve never purchased before).
Seriously though, the entire crew at Subaru Olathe was excellent to work with and have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m in love with my purchase. Cannot recommend them enough if you’re in the market for a Subaru.

We walked in, asked to test drive a certified 2022 SUBURU Ascent and walked out with the car three hours later. The sales and finance experiences were practically seamless and we received top dollar trade-in for our vehicle. Having experienced less than optimal service at several other dealerships, in the south Kansas City area, we were seriously impressed by the competency level, knowledgeability, and lack of pressure. I appreciate that we weren’t treated like we were going to steal their vehicle during the test drive - will definitely consider returning to SUBURU of Olathe in the future. Kudos to the sales staff and finance manager !
