My son is in this facility right now. No one has called me. He is walking around a paper scrub saying he’s cold a guy choked him almost killed him and still no one has contacted me to say anything to me. Something is seriously wrong with this place and it doesn’t sound like my son getting any help because he still sound the same. The reason why he was put in the hospital.

Was a patient for 4 or 5 days and have to say I had a decent experience; Like with most experiences there were good parts and bad but all in all I would recommend to anyone who takes their mental health seriously.

this place changed my life many years ago. and all these years later I have been considering applying for a position there. loved the staff there. still great friends with many of them who helped to save my life back then. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in a crisis situation

Only reason it should have any stars are some of the staff are decent. The hospital is too focused on maximizing profit to care about it's patients or staff properly. Patients and staff are not provided the proper treatment and resources.

My daughter was at this facility for 3 weeks. We were not allowed to talk to her or visit her. her mental state she couldn’t call us. They released her but never called her husband or myself as we were her contacts. They put her in a taxi cab to come home which is a 2.5hr drive. Because of her mental state she was in such a panic, crying and saying she was being kidnapped. That’s how they treat their patients. She was dehydrated and has lost weight, obviously not taken care of the way a hospital should care for their patients. . When I called this facility, they said this is an adult hospital and it is protocol to send patients home in a taxi cab without notifying her emergency contacts. This place should be shut down. The scary part is, what would have happened if no one would have been home when the taxi dropped her off.

I first just want to say, STAY AWAY!! I got sent there Wednesday and discharged today the staff is all completely racist very rude and not caring about about their life after work they don't socialize with any patience all together very rude and racist and they don't like white people!!

The people answering the phones are completely rude. If the call doesn’t go to someone it just hangs up on you then you have to call again and deal with more rude people. I’ve left messages for my partner and he’d get them hours later. Do not recommend this place.

This facility keeps their patients drugged and isolates them for punishment. No treatment goes on there. Basically they are holding these people there to collect insurance money.

One star is generous. My mom was sent here for a few days and when they got her there, they put her in a room with no chairs and left her there over night where she slept on the hard floor. I could not get ahold of anyone to talk about her care or status. She was supposed to leave and they were trying to hold her for an extra day with no reason or explanation as to why. I dont know how they stay open and how they can have no communication with the patients family. It was the worst experience of mine and my moms life. Please if you love your family member, do not send them here!!
